The Roles and Responsibilities of Group Leader
1.The Group Leader or the Company shall conduct the soil test, ground works, and all the preparatory jobs in order to start planting rubber trees.
2.The Company will ensure water availability for each and every plant adopting the Israel Drip Irrigation Technology.
3.The Group leader has the responsibility to provide fertilizers ensuring proper protection and sustainability as per the recommendations insisted by Rubber Board.
4.The GL has to ensure appropriate transportation system across the land by which the Company’s supervisors, officials and Group Partners can have proper access towards every area of the farmland. Thus, they all can travel across the land and give timely guidance and directions for better performance.
5.After 5-6 years onwards, the Company shall mark the trees matured for tapping
6.The company shall utilize its own experienced labours to tapping work, to collect the Rubber Milk and to make processed sheets. Further the Company is responsible to make its grading and to get it ready for sale.
7.The profit share as per service contract, is calculated and given to the Group Partner on a monthly basis using computerized accounting system which is updated every week. Moreover, GP can recognize his profit through online system.
8.After completing 25-30 years of yielding, the unproductive trees will be set apart for slaughter and give GP another opportunity for a fresh contact.
9.After this course of action, the GP has all the freedom to continue the contract with the company for another term if he is interested in Group farming again.
