Area of Operation
We are promoting group farming operations initially in the state ofMaharashtraand found a suitable land of 1000 acres in a place called Ratnagiri in Konkan area. We have reserved a minimum of 900 acres of land for exclusive group cultivation. The Company is going to start its first stage operation in 100 acres of land initially as a mother plantation which is wholly owned by the Company.Now preliminary and preparatory works are going on there. This mother plantation is named as Konkan Plantation which is planning to provide agricultural machineries, staff quarters, inside transportation facilities using special terrain vehicles, most modern fertilizing equipments, Godown facilities, smoke sheds, drying rooms and rubber processing equipments. Apart from that there will be an administrative block and a farmhouse as well.
